-
The darkening on your tarot card jewelry is oxidation of the metal, the more you wear the tarot card jewelry, the darker the impressions will get.
All other jewelry with darkened impressions are filled with an enamel that although durable is not permanent. The more you wash your jewelry, the quicker the enamel will break down and disappear. Do not fear! Nail polish is similar to the enamel I use and can be used to re-darken your jewelry. For more information, check our jewelry care guide.
- What is gold filled jewelry?
-
Gold filled jewelry has a thicker layer of gold that is bonded with extreme heat and pressure to a jewelers brass core of zinc and copper. The difference between gold filled jewelry and gold plated jewelry is the gold is permanently bonded to the metal core, making it extremely difficult for the gold layer to wear down. Gold filled jewelry very rarely turns your skin green. To learn more about gold filled metal jewelry care, take a look at our jewelry care guide.

- Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
-
If you're interested in purchasing wholesale from me, I will offer a discount depending on the amount you purchase. Send me a message, and let me know what you're interested in! Typically bulk discounts are on orders of 20+ items.
- Why is my item scratched or marred on the back?
-
I stamp all of my products with hardened steel stamps. Metal stamping is essentially pressing a softer piece of metal between two harder pieces of metal. A hammer is involved with a quick blunt force. These products are handmade from start to finish, I will do my best to limit scratching and marring, but these are not machine-made.
- Why aren't my words perfectly straight?
-
As stated above, metal stamping is stamped character by character with individual stamps. That being said every item is unique and has a handmade feel. I try my best to make everything as straight as possible. If you're looking for something that's perfect with straight lines and machine-made, that's not what I sell. Each product is entirely handmade from start to finish.
- I entered the incorrect spelling on my item, can I return it?
-
A lot of the items we sell are custom, that being said make sure that you enter the correct spelling of how you would like something stamped. Even if misspelled, I will stamp the product with the word or personalization in the way it is spelled on your order. Custom orders can not be returned, items that have special initials, names, or words all count as custom.
- I need this by xx/xx!!! Can you rush my order?
-
If you need your order rushed, I require that you checkout with priority shipping. If you don't checkout with priority shipping I WILL NOT rush your order.
